Thank you

Happy Holidays to all of our valued customers!

We thank you for joining our hive and doing beekeeping with us. We have been busy bees behind the scenes working on exciting new projects that we want to tell you about!

In the fall of 2021, we launched Hiveworld Academy!  Your one stop for all of your beekeeping educational needs. Currently we have our beginner course running, and the advanced courses will be completed soon. We will also be adding new courses in 2022 that will include mead and candle making! All courses also come with lifetime access so that you can review material whenever you need to.

We also opened our new Hiveworld Extraction Centre located just outside Sherwood Park, AB. It will be a busy centre where we will be extracting our own honey and wax, as well as hosting tours, courses and events. This is also home to the new Hiveworld Bistro where you can take a break and enjoy a meal created by our very own chef. This will also be the home-base for Hiveworld Hands-on (which we used to call Meet The Beekeeper) that will run from April to October in 2022. Learn more right at our hives from our beekeepers during the 2022 season!

Our customers are important to us, and we always welcome feedback to improve our services. You asked for more customer service, so we added more more people to our team and provide more options! Text, call or email us Monday to Friday 9AM to 5 PM (MST). We are also launching a new website in 2022 to make your online experience better. We will have the same great products and more!

It’s that time of year! Don’t forget to pre-order your 2022 package bees. Once again, we are proud to be the Alberta distributor of package bees from Chile. See how the easy shake system works for our package bees.

We are looking forward to the 2022 season, and we thank you for choosing to do beekeeping with us!

Happy holidays, and best wishes for a bright 2022!

Sincerely,

Barry, CVO and The Hiveworld Team
